There are two ways to know if there are emails that are unread:
- Typically there are two icons in the top right corner of the screen . When there is an unread message, an envelope icon will appear in the middle.
- Under the Communication tab, next to Email will be the (# Unread).
- To sort the emails in the Inbox, select one of the blue headers: From, Subject, Date.
