Edgenuity reports three different grade metrics, designed to be used for different purposes. Your school or district may select one or more of these metrics to use throughout the school year, while others may allow the teachers to decide which to use. It is important to understand the differences between these three grading metrics, when they are typically used, and where they appear for students and parents.
A course has weights for quizzes, tests, and exams only.
The student has completed a few lessons so far and has earned the following three grades (and only these grades):
The complete course includes ten additional quizzes, two additional tests, and one exam. The student is only at 10% completion but the target progress is 20%.
