In an effort to make the utilization of Edgenuity and NWEA as simple as possible, this guide was created full of helpful hints. Please reference this guide if you are having difficulty with the either the Auto-Import or Manual-Import process.

No test records are showing or test records are missing after a manual import

  1. Check for a District BID. If there is no District BID saved, reach out to Edgenuity's Customer Support.
  2. Check for errors on the Import Status page.
  3. Confirm the number of total records, successfully imported records, and unmatched records that are shown on the Import Status page.
  4. Make sure testing dates occurred within the district’s testing windows. Double-check the date range of the import in the Import Status page. The date ranges specified in the manual import should include the actual testing dates.NWEA will not share data for test events occurring outside the district’s window.
  5. Check the Unmatched Records page to make ensure the missing test record(s) was not unmatched. If so, you will need to save the NWEA ID of the test record to the appropriate student in MyPath.
  6. If the issue persists, contact Edgenuity's Customer Support.

No test records are showing or test records are missing after an automatic import

  1. Check the Import Status page to make sure that automatic imports are running.
  2. Run a manual import covering the specific date range of testing.
  3. Check the import for errors and confirm the number of total records, successfully imported records, and unmatched records are shown on the Import Status page.
  4. If the issue persists, contact Edgenuity's Customer Support.

ILPs are not assigning

  1. If ILPs are not assigning, refresh the table or browser page.

Large amounts data will naturally take more time to import and to assign ILPs. This includes automatic and manual imports, as well as automatic and bulk ILP assignments. Bulk-disabling thousands of test records may be especially slow (as in, several hours slow).

  2. Run another import of the same data by uploading the file to get Test Dates to show again on the table.
  3. All ILPs that were assigned before the release will remain active.
