Archiving Multiple Student Accounts

Archiving your student accounts moves them from your active roster to the archived student roster and also disables their accounts. Archived students cannot log into Edgenuity, nor can they work on any coursework.

To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Archive Student" checked under Student Accounts. To validate your permissions, click here.

  1. Under the Students tab, select Manage Students Beta.

  2. Click the Filters button.

  3. Add or remove filters to manage specific students. To find out about each filter, click here.

  4. Select Apply.

  1. Select the students to archive.

  2. Click Archive.

  3. To confirm archiving the students, click Archive.

  4. If the students are currently enrolled in courses, an educator will have to choose from the three options:
    • Leave the enrollments in Active status, and archive the student accounts.
    • Mark all active enrollments as Disabled, and archive the student accounts.
    • Mark all active enrollments as Completed, and archive the student accounts.

  5. Click Archive.

  6. A confirmation screen shows the changes were submitted for processing. Click OK.
