To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Add/Edit Teachers" and "Add/Edit Administrators checked under Administrator Permissions. To validate your permissions, click here.

- Click the Edit icon of the desired teacher or administrator.
To filter the educators, place a name in the bottom right box that says Filter and then click the funnel icon.
- A new Profile window will open. Follow the step(s) for the account needing the password change:
Teacher Profile Administrator Profile 2a. Type the new password into the Password box.
2a. Click Edit Password.
2b. Type the new password into the Password box.
- Type the matching new password into the Confirm Password box.
Teacher passwords must be at least 4 characters long and must contain 2 non-numeric and 2 numeric characters.
School and District Administrator passwords must contain at least 6 alpha and 2 numeric characters
- Click Save.
Does your district use an integration, such as a district portal or a single sign-on, and now you are having an issue with passwords? You will need to contact your IT staff for assistance.
