Pathblazer/Hybridge- Attendance Report Overview

Use this page to learn about the various options available when configuring the Attendance Report.

Details Tab-  

Option Image Description
Report Name ReportName.png Designate how the name of the report will appear when finished.
Date Range DateRangeFixed.png The report will return results for the period of time specified here.
User Types UserTypes.png

Specify for which user the report will return the results. 

Options Tab-

Include data from previous schools: DataFromPreviousSchools.png Indicate if data from previous schools is included in the report. An example of this would running the report for a transferred student.
Session Time SessionTime.png Choose to have the report to show a summary of sessions for each student, or detailed information on each student's sessions.
Include Session(s) IncludeSessions.png

Select the information to display in the report:

  • All Sessions: the total number of logins for the user type selected.
  • No Sessions (zero logins): the students, teachers or parents who have not logged into the system.
  • Completed Sessions (student only): the total number of logins and total session time (in hh:mm:ss format) for all completed student sessions. A completed session is a successful login that is followed by a successful logout.
  • Incomplete Sessions (students only): the number of successful logins by a student without a successful logout.
Display Type DisplayType.png Choose to show the start day and time for each session, and/or total logins, and/or total session time for each student.

Users Tab-

Option Image Description
Search Options for My Classes, My Students, Groups, Student Search Student-Options.png Used to locate users to add to the report. If Classes or Groups have been created previously, educators may utilize them here to avoid searching and adding students to the report individually.

Some additional options are available to administrators.

Schedule & Send Tab-

Option Image Description
Status ScheduleSchule_Status.png Indicate if the report will be emailed to any recipients.
Start ScheduleSchule_StartDate.png This option only becomes active if Status is set to "On". Choose when the report will first be emailed.
Stop PH- Reports- Assignment Status Overview- Schedule and Send tab- Stop.png This date defaults to the start date and if not changed, the report will never be sent routinely. 
Run report ScheduleSchule_RuntimeFixed.png This option only becomes active if Status is set to "On". Determines the frequency for how often the report is generated and emailed.

Run Tab-

Option Image Description
Run Now RunTab_Run.png A new window will pop-up and the report will generate. This may take several minutes as report processing time varies based on size and connection speed.
Run Offline RunTab_RunOffline.png This option processes the report in the background, allowing users to freely navigate in the system during this time. The report will be added to the Reporting Queue when completed.

Administrator accounts will only have the Run Offline option.
