Pathblazer/Hybridge- Running an Enrollment Report

Enrollment reports provide a snapshot of students enrolled in a class, school, and district. Use this page to learn how to run an Enrollment report.
  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click Administration Reports located under CompassLearning Reports.

  3. Click Settings in the row of Default Enrollment Report.
  4. A new window will open. Make sure the Details tab is selected.
  5. Set to the desired settings. To learn more about it, click here
  6. Click the Students tab.
  7. Set to the desired settings. To learn more about it, click here
  8. Check mark one or more import file results, then click Add Selected Items.
  9. Click the Schedule & Send tab.
  10. Set to the desired settings. To learn more about it, click here
  11. Click the Run tab.
  12. Select Run Now to start generating the report and stay on the reporting screen. Select Run Offline to start generating the report in the background which allows the Educator to continue moving freely through the system. To learn more about it, click here.

    If the report is run offline, the status of the report can be viewed in My Reporting Queue on the Reports tab.

  13. When finished, click the Exit icon closeout_icon.png located in the top right corner.

    If you wish to save the report you have just configured and may want to run it again, click Save or Save As. The report will be saved within My Templates under the Reporting tab.
