Pathblazer/Hybridge- Utilization Report Overview

Use this page to learn about the various options available when configuring the Utilization Report.

Details tab-

Option Image Description
Report name


This is how the report will appear when viewed under "My Reporting Queue" or if emailed via the "Schedule & Send" tab.
Date Range DateRange.png The report will return results for the period of time specified here.
Activity Types ActivityTypes.png Specify which types of activities are to be included on the report.
Show District Summary Only ShowDistrictSummary.png Available only to District Administrators - choose to show a district-wide summary
Include data from previous schools IncludeDataFromPreviousSchools.png Indicate if data from previous schools is included in the report. An example of this would running the report for a transferred student.

Curricula Tab-

Option Image Description
Select Subject SelectSubject.png Determine which subjects of curricula are to be included on the report.

Intervals Tab-

Option Image Description
Distribution Intervals (in minutes) DistributionIntervals.png For each defined interval of time, the report will display the number of students who have used the specified curriculum and activities that fall in that interval.

Students Tab-

Search Options (My Classes, My Students, Groups, Student Search) Student-Options.png Used on the "Students" tab to help educators locate students to add to the report. If Classes or Groups have been created previously, educators may utilize them here to avoid searching and adding students to the report individually.

Administrator's tab will look a little different.

Schedule & Send Tab-

Option Image Description
Status Schedule&Send_Status.png Indicate if the report will be emailed to any recipients.
Start Schedule&Send_Start.png This option only becomes active if Status is set to "On". Choose when the report will first be emailed.
Stop Schedule&Send_Stop.png This option only becomes active if something other than "Once" is chosen in the Run Report  Option. This date defaults to the start date and if not changed, the report will never be sent routinely. 
Run report Schedule&Send_RunReport.png This option only becomes active if Status is set to "On". Determines the frequency for how often the report is generated and emailed.

Run Tab-

Option Image Description
Run Now RunTab_Run.png A new window will pop-up and the report will generate. This may take several minutes as report processing time varies based on size and connection speed.
Run Offline RunTab_RunOffline.png This option processes the report in the background, allowing users to freely navigate in the system during this time. The report will be added to the Reporting Queue when completed.

Administrator accounts will only have the Run Offline option.
