Use this page to view the listed family members of a student.
- Under the Students tab, select Manage Students.
Click the Manage Students button from the homepage.
- Click the Filters button.
- Add or remove filters to manage specific students. To find out about each filter, click here.
- Select Apply.
- Check the box next to the student.
- Under More, select View Family Members.
- The family members associated with the student are listed. Any items that are blank were either not provided on the student's account or not enabled.
- Family Member- the family member's first and last name
- Family Member Email- the family member's email
- Email Frequency- if enabled, the frequency the family member is emailed a progress report
- Family Portal- states whether parent portal access is enabled or disabled for the parent/guardian
- Activation Code- the code provided to the parent/guardian to log into their portal
- Click OK.
