Removing An Archived Student From a User Group

Use this page to learn how to remove a student who has been archived from a user group. This is to keep a user group updated with active students.
  1. Under the Students tab, select Manage Students.

    Click the Manage Students button from the homepage. 

  1. Click the Archived tab. 
  2. Click the Filters button.

  3. Add or remove filters to manage specific students. To find out about each filter, click here.

  4. Select Apply.

  1. Check the box to the left of the student's name.
  1. Under More, click Remove From Group
  2. Click Remove From Group.
  3. A confirmation screen shows the changes were submitted for processing. Click OK.
