Removing Multiple Archived Students From a User Group

Use this page to learn how to remove students who have been archived from a user group. This is to keep a user group updated with active students.
  1. Under the Students tab, select Manage Students.

    Click the Manage Students button from the homepage.

  1. Click the Archived tab.

  2. Click the Filters button.

  3. Add or remove filters to manage specific students. To find out about each filter, click here.

  4. Select Apply.

  1. Check the box on the left next to each student's name, or select all by clicking the check box at the top of the column.

  1. Click Remove From Group

  2. Click Remove From Group.

  3. A confirmation screen shows the changes were submitted for processing. Click OK.
